The Captain -- Julian May

Although Julian hails from Savu Savu on the Eastern side of Fiji, he is an expert on the Yasawa Islands. He is a keen spear fisherman and never fails to serve up fresh fish for his visitors. He is multi talented at preparing all varieties of seafood in traditional Fijian styles. Without doubt he is the local master at making Giant Clam cooked in fresh coconut milk, a local delicacy. Julian is known throughout the islands for his mild and cheerful personality and has the reputation of being an exceptionally good host. He is conversant with Fijian culture and is a walking encyclopedia of legends and tales.
