Effective Nov. 12, 2007 this base will relocate to Costa Baja Resort & Marina (a
five star resort). The resort is located just 10 miles from the La Paz airport.
The navigation is relatively easy, with calm waters and sandy anchorages. The
winds typically average 10-15 knots and with over 300 days of sunshine it is a
sailor's paradise. There is a full range of sailboats with monohulls 35-51ft,
and catamarans 40-43ft. There will also be a power catamaran available.
