CHARTERS IN TONGA
For freedom of choice and
cruising at your own pace, bareboat charter is for you. A little more experience is
required by those wishing to go bareboat sailing and a resume of your sailing experience
is required prior to arrival.
The
bareboat vessels are anything but
bare. Most yachts come fully equipped with tenders, snorkelling gear, linen and the full
complement of domestic and galley utensils, as well as the essential navigation and safety
equipment.

WHAT EXPERIENCE IS
REQUIRED? We require that you have had some experience handling a boat of a
similar size to the one you are chartering and ask you to complete a brief resume of your
sailing or boat handling experience at the time you book. For the safety of those aboard
and our charter boats, it is important you meet required standards. It may be necessary
for you to take a professional skipper on board for a day or two to familiarise you.
